Chama West is an established neighborhood consisting of 95 lots, 10 Acres each with the exception of one 30 acre commercial lot. There are 44 owners of the 95 lots. HOA dues are paid annually by the members. The goal of creating this website is to establish real time communication to share financial details and infrastructure improvement efforts.
